- Lastly, TERM 1 REPORT CARDS have been sent home.

Day 58 - Thursday, November 27th, 2014 - SCIENCE FAIR

DAY 58 - Happy Thursday! 

- Today was an exciting day because students were presenting their Science Fair Projects! The SK students did a wonderful job on their presentation on "MELTING HANDS": 
"Which type of salt (table, sea, sidewalk, or epsom) melts the most ice in 10 minutes?"

- Today students also had a big writing task; they wrote a few sentences about what they are excited for when they go to GRADE 1 for the day tomorrow!
- During the afternoon, we had storytime and then in Math we worked on some addition questions.
- Students also had French class with Mme Stella before packing up & welcoming parents to come see our Science Fair Project at the end of the school day!

Friday, November 28th 
- Year Ahead Day! 

(Students will be visiting Gr. 1 teacher Ms. Hamilton or Ms. Rossi for the day; 

your teacher's name was indicated on the handout from last week. )

Day 57 - Wednesday, November 26th, 2014 - TRIP TO CENTRE SQUARE

DAY 57 - Happy Wednesday! 

- Today the students of SJA took a school-wide trip to CENTRE SQUARE in STREETSVILLE! They hung up their ornaments on the trees there!

- During our time at the school in the morning students reviewed and spent time on our Science Fair Project: 
"Which type of salt (table, sea, sidewalk, or epsom) melts the most ice in 10 minutes?"
(The SJA Science Fair is tomorrow - Thursday, Nov. 27th. Parents are welcome to view the project from 3pm onwards.)

- This morning students had Gym with Ms. Lovan.

DAY 56 - Happy Tuesday! 

- We had an awesome time today for Fun Farm Day! Thank you students for sharing your items with the class!

- Throughout the day students put on their Scientist hats & learned about our Science Fair Project:
