Bonjour, It is hard to believe that we have approached the last week of school! Students have a fun & always busy week ahead :) Today students started Monday with journal writing; everyone wrote about something they learned from the awesome farm trip we went on this past Friday, and what their favourite part of the trip was. For the rest of the morning, students had French class as well as a trial Art class with a guest teacher. Before breaking for lunch, students started a week-long assignment of completing a "School Memories" booklet that they will hopefully finish by the end of the week! Everyone coloured and decorated their cover page to begin with. After first lunch/recess, we had storytime led by a student followed by more work time for their booklet. The next pages they worked on focused on a short biography of themselves, a few of their favourite things, a few of their favourite school-related things as well as basic information about SJA. At the end of the day, students had more reading time followed by Gym class with Ms. Lopez.
